Rick is Carolyn's husband and business partner.  Rick supervises the inspections, appraisals and addresses any special needs clients may have.  Mr. Gardner keeps active lines of communication open with the Group's buyers and sellers before, during, and long after the conclusion of the transaction.  Rick is one of the five licensed real estate brokers in the Andrews Group

A retired bank officer, Bob brings many years of business background to the Andrews Group.  His lengthy and rewarding career as a Real Estate Broker affords the Group learned guidance

Mr. Sims is intricately involved with Mr. Gardner and Ms. Andrews in the day to day representation of our relocation clients as an Associate Real Estate Broker.  Michael studied management at the University of Colorado.  Michael's personality, and the values his grandmother raised him with, make him one of the true gentlemen of the Andrews Group
